Raw materials warehouse with the capacity of at least 3000 tons raw materials and mediate products are fully separated in different basins consisting of 6 basins reaching to 2 production lines of Basic and Alumina refractories. Full precautions have been performed to prevent mixing and contamination of raw materials or mediate products. Grinding and granulating units and mixers are equipped with impactor and vibrating mills, primary & secondary Algaier screens, separators, mobile weighing systems and also most advanced full automatic Irish (RVI5) hot & cold models capable to provide different kinds of full homogene mixtures with controlled granulating distributes and least error. Mobile weighing system of the complex being one of the most important advantage of this unit facilitates granules scattering control and also full and exact combining of materials. Algaier screens made in Germany in the course of granulating prepare the best granulating mixing. Forming unit (presses) of Mehrgodaz Co. is equipped with the most modern hydraulic press model LAEIS – 1600 tons, LAEIS – 2000 tons for production of different high quality refractory bricks and high granulating condensation and also 600 ton and 200 ton hydraulic presses are for different refractory production such as runners, different nozzles, stoppers and most complicated forms. A tempering kiln for tempering process of different refractory bricks with Carbon bonding has been installed in this unit.
